All 10’x10’ booth spaces will be considered in the order of which the applications are received and on a first come first serve basis. Applications will be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis, and you will receive an approval email, within 10 days of submitting your application.

Non-Soboba: Tribal Affillation

(Must present Tribal ID on Day of Event. Failure to do so, will result in forfeit of your vendor application and approval)

If yes, DO NOT submit this application. It will be denied again. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

All booth spaces will be considered in the order of which the applications are received and on a first come first serve basis. A $75.00 vendor fee will be required for all Non-Soboba Tribal Members, for each 10’x10’ space. Additional space(s) will be subject to another $75.00 fee per additional space.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be notified and provided with a link for payment.

Applications will be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis. Once you application has been approved, al link will be provided to you for electronic payment. Payment must be received no later than May 1, 2026. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Set Up Time Begins at 7:00 AM on May 16, 2026. ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM.

Vendors must provide their own power, tables, chairs, trash bags, water, tools and shelters. Vendors are responsible for their own booth security. Vendors will maintain cleanliness of their area and agree to dispose of their own waste materials. Due to vehicle congestion in & around the Fiesta grounds, vendors will unload and load promptly and move vehicle(s) to the general parking area. No parking passes will be issued. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas are subject to tow at owner’s expense.

Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians assumes no liability nor will it be held responsible for any and all theft, damage, accidents and/or injuries. Be advised that the possession or use of alcohol and/or drugs will not be tolerated.
