Once you application has been approved, you will be contacted and provided confirmation and additional guidance within 10 business days.Set Up Time Begins at 7:00 AM on May 16, 2026. ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM.Booths Applicants must provide their own power, tables, chairs, trash bags, water, tools and shelters. Booth Applicants are responsible for their own booth security. Booth Applicants will maintain cleanliness of their area and agree to dispose of their own waste materials. Due to vehicle congestion in & around the Fiesta grounds, Booth Applicants will unload and load promptly and move vehicle(s) to the general parking area. No parking passes will be issued. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas are subject to tow at owner’s expense. Please provide brief description of your booth and services, including a general description of your material intended for distribution. All Informational/Outreach Applications are subject to approval by the Soboba Fiesta Committee.
