Informational/Outreach Booth Application

If yes, DO NOT submit this application. It will be denied again.

All 10’x10’ booth spaces will be considered in the order of which the applications are received and on a first come first serve basis.

Applications will be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis. Once you application has been approved, you will be contacted and provided confirmation and additional guidance within 10 business days.

Set Up Time Begins at 7:00 AM on May 16, 2026. ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 9:00 AM.

Booths Applicants must provide their own power, tables, chairs, trash bags, water, tools and shelters. Booth Applicants are responsible for their own booth security. Booth Applicants will maintain cleanliness of their area and agree to dispose of their own waste materials. Due to vehicle congestion in & around the Fiesta grounds, Booth Applicants will unload and load promptly and move vehicle(s) to the general parking area. No parking passes will be issued. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas are subject to tow at owner’s expense.

Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians assumes no liability nor will it be held responsible for any and all theft, damage, accidents and/or injuries. Be advised that the possession or use of alcohol and/or drugs will not be tolerated.
